Injury Reports

These can be either stand-alone, or created as part of an Accident Investigation. Either way allows you to record details about the person making the report as well as the injured person. Injury details include affected parts of the body, any injuries sustained and include recording the result of the Injury. Reports can be exported in a variety of formats and form part of our reporting facility.
